Serenity Counseling & Resource Center, Inc. uses a secure payment system, PayPal, to accept payment from individuals who self-pay for outpatient services, co-pay for covered services, payment for services outside the traditional/standard scope of outpatient therapy services (i.e. court appearance, letters, etc.),  and payment for consulting services and training.

Outpatient Therapy

Evaluation / Assessment   (Court-Ordered, Non-Court Ordered, or Specialized)

 

Emotional Support Animal Service (Determination Letter)

 

Consulting Service / Training

Court  Appearance or Non-Court Meeting                                                                                              Request for a therapist’s appearance in court or to attend a meeting (with or without a subpoena)

Deposition: Legal/Clinical Proceeding                                                                                                        Request for a therapist’s deposition (with or without a subpoena)

Court or Non-Court Letter:                                                                                                                            Request for a therapist to write a letter for a court or non-court  matter (with or without a subpoena)

All services must be agreed upon prior to the submission of a payment.  Submission of payment prior to completion of a signed agreement for service with Serenity Counseling & Resource Center, Inc. may result in denial of service and return of the payment.
