Appointment Cancellation Policy

Serenity Counseling & Resource Center, Inc. encourages you to attend your scheduled appointments. Should you need to cancel your office appointment or telehealth appointment, please notify us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you do not contact the office to cancel your appointment, you may be charged $25.00 depending upon the circumstance resulting from your failure to cancel your appointment.
